Dean(German name Volker) Stockburger has been a master butcher for 25 years, he is trained to the highest standards in Germany. He arrived in Australia in 1988. His dream was to have his own German small goods shop and make it the best in Australia both in service and products. This dream was realised with the creation of ‘Brot & Wurst’. They wanted to create a German butcher shop/ bakery where people could come and purchase great tasting small goods, breads and pastries. All the small goods are manufactured on site. They have the best German smokehouse with even the sawdust imported from Germany. Their breads and pastries are baked daily. All the small goods are gluten, colour, soy and preservative free. They also offer a range of amazing gluten free bread. Brot & Wurst prides itself on friendly service and delicious products. Their business grows weekly as their customers continue to return and spread the word to their friends and family.
